BUILDING WORKS MEASUREMENT 3 course provides student knowledge on the quantity measurement for building and the civil engineering works. This content comprises of internal &external finishes works, furniture& fittings works, site clearance &earthworks, roadworks, retaining wall and basement.
PROJECT 1 provides knowledge regarding the implementation and development methods of a project based on hardware or software or a combination of hardware and software. This course provides exposure to the project management and finance, techniques to develop project and proposal preparation. The students are allowed to do an individual or group project but will be assessed individually through the projectassessment tasks throughout the course.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT 1 focuses on the basic principles and techniques in
making financial decisions. It covers both the concepts of financial management as
well as the applications of financial techniques as tools for making decisions. The
topics covered in the course include financial system, time value of money, risk and
return and financial statements analysis.
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING 3 course provides students with knowledge of shares and debentures, and preparation of the Investment Accounts. Students are also exposed on Contract Account, Consignment Account & Bill of Exchange and Branch Accounts.
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING 3 covers topic on Intangible Assets, Equity Share,
Issuance, Redemption And Conversion of Loan Instruments, Preparation Financial
Statement For Company and Statement Of Cash Flows. Thus, the students will be able
to extract the financial reporting in accordance to approved accounting standards.
PRICING provides knowledge on roles of pricing, important of pricing, pricing analysis as well as pricing strategies. It also provides opportunity for students to gather pertinent information by conducting situational analysis related to setting the right price for goods and services. In addition to that, it also emphasizes students to be able to illustrate strategies under price adaptation and demonstrate the condition of price changes. Pricing issues will also be discussed relating to price changes in marketing environment.
SALES MANAGEMENT course emphasizes the roles and responsibilities of sales personnel as well as sales manager in the ever-changing selling environment. Students will be exposed to the basics of selling skills needed to sell goods and services such as listening, communications, handling objections, and basic negotiation skills in closing. In this course, students will also be exposed to core sales management skills including managing sales force and focus on the ethics and social responsibilities in selling and sales management.
MARKETING PLAN is a course that provides students with an opportunity to gain knowledge on how to market a new product or services. Students will be able to integrate all of the marketing concepts and strategies acquired. At the end of this course, students will be able to write and develop an effective marketing plan by figuring out the best suited strategies to accomplish organizational goals.

BUSINESS MARKETING AND CHANNEL MANAGEMENT provides the knowledge to the world of business marketing in which students will be exposed to the marketing concepts used in business marketing. This course will also focus on business buying behavior, business marketing strategy, business distribution channel, business marketing communication and pricing strategies.
DIGITAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT introduces how to develop creativity and innovation and managing risk in starting up a digital business environment. This course will also guide the students on ways to conduct the process of buying and selling and control the business with emphasis on the preparation of i-business plan, thus developing the i-entrepreneurial skills.
