    ENGINEERED WOOD PRODUCT will provide students with knowledge of concepts and basic principles in manufacturing engineered wood product. The course concentrates on the application of raw materials, machines for fabricating wood engineered wood product, the physical and mechanical properties as well as the durability of engineered wood product. The course also provides knowledge of current scenario of engineered wood product technology and industry as well as issues related to engineered wood product.

    FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES introduces students to the operation of food and beverage services. Students will be exposed to the knowledge and skills related to tasks and chores in food and beverage (F&B) institution or organization of the functions of cutleries and the ability to use them appropriately. Preparation in the dining room, showcase of correct serving techniques and interaction with guests are also introduced. Students will be encouraged to apply appropriate and safe F&B service rules and safety precautions in the operations.

    MICE cover the basic knowledge and competencies of planning and management skills of Meeting, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions in resort industry. Students are required to prepare MICE activity that beneficial to organization environmentally. This course also looks at the operational, marketing planning, risk management and evaluating the MICE activity through tourism and hospitality industry.
